The product I received was an excellent product as described but I had a question for the seller and once I contacted the seller via email, the customer service was VERY POOR!!!! (Read full review at Amazon)

I have not tried the tape yet, but the model of the product is correct, the packing is appropiate and it was delivered even sooner than advertised. I still have to try it, but I don't expect any problems on it. BTW it works on the Sony IP-45 too. (Read full review at Amazon)
